The iOS team are professional on-site or remote repair specialists. We support personal computers, laptops or Mac devices to an industry certified standard. We will inspect your device and provide a thorough diagnostic to give you an accurate FREE assessment within 30 minutes.

We try to complete most on-site repairs within 2 hours. Any repair taking longer than 2 hours our technicians may request to take your computer back to our workshop for repair to reduce costs. Most workshop repairs are completed within 24-72 hours unless a part is required to complete the repair. We will always keep you informed of any delays and how long it will take to repair your device.

For all iPad, tablet, android and smartphone devices, we offer a similar process for basic repairs, however, due to the complexity of these devices we may have to send these away to specialists depending on the problem.
